Exceptional Staff and Comfortable Stay
Received a warm welcome late at night from the incredibly helpful staff, especially Alex, who made sure we felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a fantastic shower and plenty of natural light. I also appreciated the variety in breakfast options with delicious pastries and fresh juice available. One area for improvement could be the noise levels at night, which disrupted my sleep a bit.

Target audience families looking for space
The staff were really friendly , especially the receptionist who took the time to help us book a family room late at night. They provided us with cold water and even milk for the kids , which was unexpected and really sweet.
It wasn't cheap , but still acceptable for what we got.

The location features a metro station just a two-minute walk away, offering seamless access to the city center in about 10 minutes, perfect for sightseeing. The breakfast spread stands out with plenty of options, including delicious cakes, which makes morning meals enjoyable.
The room setup is a bit cramped, barely allowing space to move freely between the beds, which might be a hassle for families. Air conditioning in certain rooms like 314 can be quite loud and make it difficult to find peace. the bathroom door doesn't fully close or lock, which can feel uncomfortable. there’s a mixture of convenience and discomfort that might sway opinions depending on what you prioritize in a hotel.
